A full service commercial real estate company, Coppedge & Tison provides a range of client services including office, industrial and retail sales & leasing, investment sales, land sales, multi-family, property/facilities management, and consulting.

In 2006 the company leased a total of 112,068 square feet of retail space, 509,283 square feet of industrial space and 172,614 square feet of office space.

Established as Commercial Carolina of South Carolina in 2000 by Jim Sineath , who remains a stockholder, Coppedge & Tison's name change as of January 2007 draws attention to the addition of Chief Executive Officer John B. Coppedge, III who most recently was Executive Vice President of International Operations for Cushman & Wakefield.

Mr. Coppedge brings 30 years of commercial real estate expertise from Cushman & Wakefield as a member of the Board of Directors. He was instrumental in Cushman & Wakefield's worldwide expansion. During his career he lived in Atlanta, London, Hong Kong and New York before moving to Charleston in 2000. Mr. Coppedge is a member of Cornet Global and a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute.

Coppedge & Tison President John Tison, a Charleston native, returned to Charleston from Washington, DC in 1999. He served as Senior Vice President for Barnes Morris/Insignia-ESG in Washington and was a Regional Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Mr. Tison became President of the South Carolina offices of Commercial Carolina in 2004.

In addition to the downtown Charleston office, Coppedge & Tison also has an office in Greenville, SC; this office enables Coppedge & Tison to cover the state of South Carolina for their clients' commercial real estate requirements.

C&W ALLIANCE PROGRAM
