A Charleston native, Andy has a sincere love for the area and a keen interest in its development. Prior to joining Commercial Carolina Andy spent six years sailing as a professional captain/crew. Holding a 100-ton Masters license from the USCG Andy's sailing career included a Pacific crossing, two Trans Atlantic crossings, multiple ocean deliveries to and from the Caribbean and assorted regattas. On his return to Charleston Andy spent sixteen months working for Middleton Boat Works building a custom cold molded sport fishing boat for a local doctor.

Since joining Coppedge & Tison Andy has been focusing on the needs of two potential clients as well as the successful sale of his four listings. Andy's primary focus is on the multifamily, medical and retail market. Andy graduated from the University of Montana with a B.A. in History.
