EDWARD J. KERCHER, JR.
Mr. Kercher’s 22 years of experience include commercial development and all facets of tenant advisory, development and consulting services at Fairfax Properties, Kercher & Associates, Julien J. Studley, Inc and Newmark Knight Frank. His areas of specialization: Tenant representation, Corporate Advisory Services, Office/Medical/Industrial Transactions, Land Sales, Development and Build-To-Suit Construction. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kercher has worked with many of the nation’s largest corporations. Mr. Kercher’s career highlights include overseeing a one million square-foot national portfolio for Crawford & Company and a 500,000 square-foot Southeast portfolio on behalf of Nuvox Communications. Mr. Kercher has also handled transactions for KIA; Hussmann; Daewoo; MediaOne; S1; Marriott; PaineWebber; Tenet Healthcare; Siemens; Liz Claiborne; The Home Depot; Publix, UMA of MUSC, Force Protection, WareOnEarth Communications and Wal-Mart. Mr. Kercher received a B.S. degree from Florida State University in Economics. He enjoys many outdoor activities.
