MARK ERICKSON
Mark is a commercial broker for Coppedge and Tison specializing in Industrial and Investment Properties. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has been involved in commercial property management and development in Atlanta for over fifteen years. During this time Mark was a developer of car washes and Chevron filling stations. He was also the owner of these developments and was involved in every aspect of the development from the site selection, purchase, construction, and the successful sale of all properties. Over the course of Mr. Erickson's career with Coppedge and Tison he has negotiated many leases for some of Charleston's top companies. In 2009 Mark closed transactions with Tri Star Freight (60,000 sf) CGM LLC (120,000 sf) and Goodwill International (20,000 sf) Mark has also just completed a 20 year land lease with CVS Inc. Mark is a member of the North Charleston Rotary Club, The propeller Club, CID, The Charleston Motor Carriers Association, CTAR, Loopnet, Co Star, and The South Carolina and Georgia Realtors Association. Clients include Tri Star Freight, Packaging Corp. of America, Barrier Safe Solutions International (Foodhandler), The Garden Zone, Propac Inc., Production Design Ass., Jerich International, and CGM Industries. Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. Mark and his family reside in Daniel Island, South Carolina
