MITCHELL FAIRFIELD
Mitchell joined the Charleston Office of Commercial Carolina / Cushman & Wakefield in the Spring of 2005 after working with Grubb & Ellis|Wilson/Kibler in Columbia, South Carolina. As a broker, Mitchell has participated in the sale and leasing of office and industrial buildings, sales of high-income commercial investments and land brokerage. Before entering commercial real estate, Mitchell worked in advertising sales in the media industry, and event management for the Olympic Games in Atlanta and Sydney. His international background and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese have afforded him the opportunity to live and work throughout Central and South America. Mitchell is applying his commercial real estate skills and language skills to develop projects in Costa Rica. Mitchell received a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.
