STEPHEN TRULUCK
Stephen W. Truluck joined Coppedge & Tison, a Cushman & Wakefield affiliate in February 2008 as a sales associate. Having grown up in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina before relocating to Charleston seven years ago to attend the College of Charleston, Stephen has obtained a firm grasp on the area and local business environment and culture. Prior to joining Coppedge & Tison Stephen spent three years working in the international shipping industry and has a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Stephen is a graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.S. in International Business with a concentration on global logistics and intermodal transportation. He is also a certified vessel agent by the Association of Ship Brokers & Agents (USA), Inc., a graduate of the Intermodal Transportation professional training program from the College of Charleston, and holds a masters license from the United States Coast Guard. Stephen has strong ties to the local shipping industry and is a member of the local chapter of the International Propeller Club. Since joining Coppedge & Tison, Stephen’s primary focus is on office, industrial, and investment properties, he is also currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Stephen is an avid outdoorsman and is proud to call the Lowcountry his home.
