TODD YOUNGHANS
Todd Younghans is the Executive Vice President of Coppedge & Tison’s South Carolina Operations, formerly Commercial Carolina. Mr. Younghans specializes in representing both office and industrial corporate users throughout the state of South Carolina. He is a licensed broker experienced in both acquisition and disposition work in North Carolina, South Carolina and part of Georgia. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Mr. Younghans worked as an appraiser for three years under the supervision of an MAI Certified appraiser . His appraisal background covers most all aspects of commercial property for the purposes of tax appeals, condemnation cases, and refinancing purposes. Clients ranged from various attorneys, major financial institutions to corporate end users. During the past ten years Todd Younghans has focused solely on brokerage services and received his SIOR designation in the summer of 2001. For six years he worked in Commercial Carolinas Charlotte office and concentrated on office and light industrial tenant representation. In the spring of 2000 he transferred to Charleston, South Carolina opening up the first of three South Carolina offices. He now resides in Greenville, SC. Mr. Younghans received his BA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1988 with a concentration in Business Administration. Mr. Younghans has been a member of the Board of Realtors in Charlotte and now in Charleston. He belongs to the South Carolina Economic Development Association (SCEDA) and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. In 2003 he received the "Office Deal of the Year" for the SIOR Carolinas Chapter. He was also "Top Producer" for Commercial Carolina's North and South Carolina offices in 2003.
